Red Leaf Fitness Ltd. (the “Company”) has filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”). On August 29, 2025, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada issued a Certificate of Appointment which named Bricks Damiani Inc. as trustee of the bankrupt estate of the Company, which is subject to affirmation by the Company’s creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors.
