On June 19, 2025, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the “Court”) issued an order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing Bricks Damiani Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of Peace Point Properties Limited (the "Debtor"), including the real property municipally known as 79 Berkeley Street, Toronto, Ontario, and 535-535A Adelaide Street East, Toronto, Ontario.
