October 23, 2024 – K-W Electronic Service Inc. (the “Company”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy pursuant to section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada). A Certificate of Appointment was issued on October 23, 2024 which named Bricks Damiani Inc. as trustee of the Company’s bankrupt estate pending affirmation at the First Meeting of Creditors which will be held via teleconference call on November 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto Time).
