Jan K. Overweel Limited (the “Company”) has filed an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”). On February 12, 2026, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada issued a Certificate of Appointment which named Bricks Damiani Inc. as trustee of the bankrupt estate of the Company, which is subject to affirmation by the Company’s creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors.

The First Meeting of Creditors will be held virtually on March 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (Toronto Time). Creditors wishing to attend the meeting should send a request for a meeting invite to creditors@bricksdamiani.com.
