On July 28, 2025, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (the “Court”) issued an order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing Bricks Damiani Inc. as receiver (the “Receiver”) of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of John Carl Leonard Frook and Carl David Frook (collectively, the "Debtor") acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including the real property municipally known as 544 Concession 8, Elmwood, Ontario and 546 Concession 8, Elmwood, Ontario.
