On November 27, 2024, ABS Friction Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Proposal under Section 62 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the “BIA”) and Bricks Damiani Inc. was named as Proposal Trustee.

The Proposal filing provides for a stay of proceedings against the Company, pursuant to s. 69.1(1) of the BIA, subject to certain limitations.

The Meeting of Creditors to consider and vote on the Proposal will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on December 18, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time). Proofs of Claim, proxies and voting letters intended to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Proposal Trustee prior thereto, and can be delivered by email at creditors@bricksdamiani.com.
