On July 30, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice issued an order appointing Bricks Damiani Inc. as receiver of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of 2845789 Ontario Limited (the “Debtor”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including, without limitation, the real property municipally known as 32 Davidson Street, St. Catharines, Ontario.
