On January 29, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approved an order appointing Bricks Damiani Inc. as receiver of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of 2607315 Ontario Inc. acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including, without limitation, the real property municipally known as 353 St. Paul Avenue, Brantford, Ontario.
