On June 25, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) approved an order appointing Bricks Damiani Inc. as receiver of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of 1718539 Ontario Inc. acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtor, including, without limitation, the real property municipally known as 426-428 Dawes Road, Toronto, Ontario.
