On January 22, 2026, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) issued an order appointing Bricks Damiani Inc. as receiver of all the assets, undertakings, and properties of 15 Simcoe Street North Oshawa Ltd., 38 Simcoe Street South Oshawa Ltd., and 2219137 Ontario Limited, including the real properties municipally known as (i) 13-15 Simcoe Street North, Oshawa, Ontario, (ii) 38 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa, Ontario and (iii) 117 King Street East, Hamilton, Ontario.
