Hartley honed his advisory skills at both large and mid-size firms accumulating experience in a myriad of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, cannabis, oil & gas, retail, industrial services, and engineering.  Additionally, Hartley is recognized as an expert in the Seniors’ Housing sector, having been retained in various capacities to advise on troubled Senior’s Housing situations across Canada.

 

Hartley is a sought-after speaker on technical and professional industry matters.  Hartley designed and delivered for 5 years a CICA learning module: Introduction to Bankruptcy and Insolvency for non-insolvency practitioners.  Hartley previously chaired the CAIRP Commercial Insolvency One Day Seminar.
